A French dessert which never goes out of style. We make our cream puff shells from scratch from a French paste called pate a choux. Choux paste contains only butter, water, flour and eggs. The high moisture content in the paste creates steam which puffs up the inside of the dough to create an airy, tender shell. We fill the shell with real whipped cream and top it with rich chocolate ganache.
