Need a fast breakfast to reheat and serve, maybe even eat on the way to school ? Our egg bake is loved by all ages and is made with sweet potato and spinach ( the kids even love it). Filling and super nutritious for anytime of the day. 

This will  come in a 13 x 9 pan and can easily be cut and reheated in the microwave or oven. You will get 6-8 servings depending on portions. This also can be frozen 🙂
